| Key Advantages |
|
|
|
"Invisible" vs. "Premium" Choice:
- If your brand's core proposition is ultimate comfort, go with Heat Transfer Tagless.
- If you want to highlight 3D visual impact and premium tactile branding (e.g., sports, streetwear), choose 3D Silicone.
- Woven Labels convey a classic, refined craftsmanship aesthetic while still being soft against the skin.
- If you can share your estimated order quantity and target fabric type, I can help you with a more specific cost-benefit solution.
STEP 04 — Cost & MOQ
MOQ & Customization Cost
Flexible customization options for different branding requirements.
| Customization | Typical MOQ | Cost Reference |
|---|---|---|
| Heat Transfer Tagless Label | From 150 pcs | +0.10-0.30 usd/ pc |
| 3D Silicone Label | From 250 pcs | +0.20-0.40 usd/ pc |
| Woven Label | From 300 pcs | +0.10-0.30 usd/ pc |
Final pricing depends on logo size, artwork, material, quantity and production requirements.
Additional Notes:
- Cost Dynamics: Heat transfer tagless labels gain cost advantage primarily through economies of scale (large orders). 3D silicone labels require higher mold investment and remain relatively expensive for small batches or intricate designs.
- If you can share your estimated order quantity and target fabric type, I can help you with a more specific cost-benefit solution.

Manufacturing Process
From Approved Sample to Finished Product

Quality Is Built Into Every Step
We inspect materials, production processes and finished products to help ensure consistent quality from the first piece to the last.
Incoming Material Inspection
Fabric • Elastic • Labels • Accessories
Every incoming batch undergoes strict checks: fabric for shade variation, GSM, shrinkage, and skew; elastic for tensile recovery and heat resistance; labels and accessories for material accuracy, content verification, and REACH compliance. Only fully approved materials move to production—because comfort starts with the very first meter of fabric.
In-Process Inspection
Cutting • Sewing • Branding • Construction
On the sewing floor, we conduct hourly patrol inspections: cutting for ply accuracy and frayed edges; sewing for stitch density, thread tension, and crotch seam reinforcement; branding for heat-seal temperature and pressure to protect elastane; construction for side-seam alignment, waistband flatness, and left-right symmetry. In-process control stops defects before they become finished goods.
Final Inspection
Measurement • Appearance • Function • Packaging
Every finished brief must pass four final gates: Measurement—waist, thigh, front rise, and total length held within ±0.5cm tolerance; Appearance—straight stitching, no skipped stitches, stains, or pilling; Function—simulated wear stretch test for elastic recovery and seam burst strength; Packaging—barcode accuracy, hangtag alignment, poly-bag integrity, and carton count. Only after full clearance is a product truly "ready to ship."
