CriteriaHeat Transfer Tagless Label3D Silicone LabelWoven Label
Unit CostLow to ModerateLow unit cost for bulk production; requires heat-press equipment and labor application.HighHigher mold creation fees, premium raw material, and specialized processing costs.Very LowFast setup, highly scalable, and offers the lowest unit cost for high-volume production.
Tactile FeelTagless / Zero-FeelSeamlessly integrates with the fabric; completely smooth, non-irritating, and itch-free.Bold 3D ReliefDistinct raised texture; flexible, soft, anti-slip, with a solid, high-end tactile weight.Textile / Woven TextureNoticeable fabric border; heat-cut edges can occasionally cause skin friction or irritation.

Key Advantages
  • • Skin-Friendly: Eliminates neck irritation and skin chafing.
  • • Seamless Look: Sits completely flush on the fabric.
  • • High Flexibility: Moves naturally with stretchable and lightweight garments.
  • • High Visual Impact: Premium 3D relief elevates brand perception.
  • • Extreme Resilience: Waterproof, UV-resistant, and stretch-proof.
  • • Modern Aesthetic: Adds a rubberized, high-tech/sporty touch.
  • • Maximum Cost Efficiency: Industry standard for high-volume branding.
  • • Lifetime Durability: Colors remain vibrant; threads will not peel off.
  • • Classic Appeal: Offers a traditional, authentic textile heritage look.
"Invisible" vs. "Premium" Choice:
  • If your brand's core proposition is ultimate comfort, go with Heat Transfer Tagless.
  • If you want to highlight 3D visual impact and premium tactile branding (e.g., sports, streetwear), choose 3D Silicone.
  • Woven Labels convey a classic, refined craftsmanship aesthetic while still being soft against the skin.
  • If you can share your estimated order quantity and target fabric type, I can help you with a more specific cost-benefit solution.

STEP 04 — Cost & MOQ

Quality Control

Quality Is Built Into Every Step

We inspect materials, production processes and finished products to help ensure consistent quality from the first piece to the last.

01

Incoming Material Inspection

Fabric • Elastic • Labels • Accessories

Every incoming batch undergoes strict checks: fabric for shade variation, GSM, shrinkage, and skew; elastic for tensile recovery and heat resistance; labels and accessories for material accuracy, content verification, and REACH compliance. Only fully approved materials move to production—because comfort starts with the very first meter of fabric.

02

In-Process Inspection

Cutting • Sewing • Branding • Construction

On the sewing floor, we conduct hourly patrol inspections: cutting for ply accuracy and frayed edges; sewing for stitch density, thread tension, and crotch seam reinforcement; branding for heat-seal temperature and pressure to protect elastane; construction for side-seam alignment, waistband flatness, and left-right symmetry. In-process control stops defects before they become finished goods.

03

Final Inspection

Measurement • Appearance • Function • Packaging

Every finished brief must pass four final gates: Measurement—waist, thigh, front rise, and total length held within ±0.5cm tolerance; Appearance—straight stitching, no skipped stitches, stains, or pilling; Function—simulated wear stretch test for elastic recovery and seam burst strength; Packaging—barcode accuracy, hangtag alignment, poly-bag integrity, and carton count. Only after full clearance is a product truly "ready to ship."
