Our MOQ varies by product type. For standard styles, we offer flexible MOQs starting from 100 pieces. For fully custom orders (custom fabric, waistband, or packaging), MOQs typically start at 500 pieces. We also offer sample orders of 2–5 pieces for testing.

Yes. Mixing styles and colors within one order is a great way to meet MOQ requirements without overstocking on a single SKU.

Absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering samples to verify fabric quality, fit, and craftsmanship before committing to bulk production. Sample MOQs start at 2–5 pieces per style.

We offer full OEM/ODM services including fabric selection, color matching (Pantone), size grading (S–5XL), waistband branding (jacquard/heat transfer), labels (woven/printed/tagless), and custom packaging.

Yes. We support logo customization through various methods including jacquard waistband weaving, heat transfer printing, and embroidery. Send us your logo file and we'll provide mockups for approval.

The most popular options are 95% cotton / 5% spandex (breathable, cost-effective), modal blends (premium feel), bamboo viscose (eco-friendly), and performance microfiber (durable, quick-dry).

We implement a multi-stage QC process including inline inspections during production and final inspections based on AQL 2.5 standards. We also conduct shrinkage and color fastness tests to ensure consistency.

Sample development takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 25–35 days. Shipping takes 5–10 days (air) or 25–40 days (sea). Total lead time from sample approval to delivery is approximately 45–65 days.

We offer both air freight (5–10 days, higher cost) and sea freight (25–40 days, lower cost). We can also arrange door-to-door delivery upon request.
